Mike works with people, teams, and leaders who want to transform their lives. Throughout his career, Mike has learned the power of different leadership stances for different situations. Most recently Mike has strengthened his coaching stance in becoming a Co-Active Coach which has enhanced his ability to lead others. Mike is a founding member of Leanintuit, a team of Agile Coaches supporting organizational change.
